Our start time depends on our current workload. Once we’ve finalized the project details, agreed on the budget, and signed the contract, we typically need 2 to 5 business days to begin work.

For each project, we assign a dedicated team of specialists. We believe that true expertise comes from focused professionals, not one person handling everything. Depending on your project’s needs, our team may include a Project Manager, Creative Director, UX/UI Designer, Brand Designer, Graphic Designer, and 3D/Motion Designer.

Your primary point of contact will be your dedicated Project Manager. For quick communication, we’ll set up a chat in Slack, Telegram, or WhatsApp. We also use email for official correspondence and to document key outcomes. Regular meetings via Zoom or Google Meet will be scheduled to review progress and discuss project details.

We follow a transparent process that greatly reduces the risk of dissatisfaction with the design. However, to ensure you have options, we include two design concepts in our initial estimate of hours and budget. We’ve never had a client walk away because we couldn’t find a design solution that met their expectations.

We estimate projects based on hours per specialist. By knowing each specialist’s rate, we calculate an approximate project budget. During the project, the hours may adjust up or down, but we guarantee that the budget won’t exceed 30% of the initial estimate, unless the scope of work expands.
