We strive to start work as quickly as possible, but there are a few formalities. After signing the Master Agreement and Statement of Work (SOW), and making the initial payment, we need 5 business days to assemble the project team and plan the work.

This can happen, as design preferences are subjective. Our initial estimate includes two design concepts. If neither meets your expectations, we will analyze the reasons. If it’s due to our oversight, we will create a new concept at no cost. If the issue stems from false requirements, additional concepts will be billed. However, such cases are less than 1%.
